RETURNS

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@babiesoasis.com for a replacement. If there is any malfunction to our products at any time, please contact us and we will provide you with a replacement.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If the item purchased is damaged or defective in anyway, please email us and we will mail you a new item. If the item purchased is not the colour you wanted, or you want a different style, please return unused to us within 15 days of receipt and we will mail you a different product.

 Babies Oasis will cover shipping costs on damaged and/or defective items only. 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

SHIPPING

Orders placed from the USA or Internationally do NOT come with tracking.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

For customers shopping in the Lower Mainland area of British Columbia, accommodations for pick up may be possible. Please contact support@babiesoasis.com with Order number and details and we will respond shortly to your request.
